Our scholarship and programme for emerging female leaders.
The Young Women Leadership Program supports emerging female leaders in their development in a targeted way – with training, mentoring and a strong network.
At a glance
Target group
Young women at the start of their leadership careers – explicitly including those in start-ups.
Duration
Six months, with two intensive weeks as the core of the leadership training.
Format
Hybrid – in-person units and online courses, complemented by senior leadership coaching with a personal mentor for each participant.
Scholarship
Designed as a SYNK scholarship – awarded since 2016, around 60 graduates.
Funding
No fee payable – a scholarship worth 6,500.00 €.

The 2026 cohort is under way: module 2 from 12–15 Oct 2026. We are happy to advise you on applying for the next cohort.
