The closed room
Leada works on what happens between people: the difficult conversation, the unclear decision, the conflict in the team. That only works if the room is genuinely closed. Five of the ten commitments:
Your employer sees no content and no topics
No company admin can read a message, not even the title of a conversation. A topic only appears in analytics once at least three people have talked about it.
No connection to your systems
No SharePoint, no Teams, no mailbox, no calendar. Leada only ever receives what someone deliberately puts in.
European, without third-country transfer
Mistral in France is the sole AI provider – for chat, tools and speech. The servers are in Germany.
Names never leave the platform
Before every request to the AI, Leada replaces recognised personal names with stable pseudonyms and turns them back in the answer.
Deleting means deleting
Conversations are permanently deleted after a set period; six months is the default. The data derived from them goes with them.
