We are an owner-led consultancy in Frankfurt am Main, founded in 2001 and led by the same three partners ever since. We develop leadership, collaboration and change – as consulting, as training and as coaching, for DAX corporates and mid-sized companies alike.
What holds it together is a conviction: people become effective when they can put their strengths to use. That applies to a leader in a corporate programme as much as to our own team – and it decides how we build programmes. What that looks like in practice is on the pages that follow.
