As of 29 August 2026.
1 · What these terms cover
These terms govern participation in openly advertised seminars, training courses and qualification programmes of SYNK GROUP GmbH & Co. KG. Corporate assignments are additionally governed by the general terms and conditions
2 · Registration
Registration is made in writing or through the form provided. It becomes binding once SYNK has confirmed it in text form. Places are allocated in the order registrations are received.
3 · Participation fee
The fee stated in the programme description applies. Unless stated otherwise, course materials are included; travel and accommodation are not.
Open, to be completed by SYNK GROUP: payment terms, instalments and the arrangement for company invoices.
4 · Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code, you may withdraw your contractual declaration within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins when the contract is concluded. Sending the withdrawal in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Send your withdrawal informally to:
SYNK GROUP GmbH & Co. KG
Untermainkai 20
60329 Frankfurt am Main
Email: info@synk-group.com
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received without delay and at the latest within fourteen days. If the event begins at your express request before the withdrawal period has expired, you owe a proportionate amount for the service performed up to that point.
5 · Cancellation and transfer
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you may cancel your participation. What counts is the receipt of your declaration in text form.
Open, to be completed by SYNK GROUP: notice periods and rates for cancellation and transfer.
You may nominate a substitute participant at any time. No fee is charged for this, provided the conditions for participation are met.
6 · Cancellation by SYNK
SYNK may cancel an event if the minimum number of participants is not reached, if the trainer becomes unavailable at short notice, or for other good cause. In that case the fee is refunded in full. Further claims — in particular for travel and accommodation costs — exist only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
SYNK may replace the trainer with an equally qualified person and move the venue within the same town or city.
7 · Delivery and certificates
A certificate of participation is issued. Where a qualification requires evidence of work completed, this is described in the programme’s own description.
8 · Confidentiality within the group
In seminars and training courses, participants discuss their own and others’ real cases. Everyone involved — trainers and participants alike — treats what is said in the group as confidential. Audio or video recording is permitted only with everyone’s consent.
9 · Materials
The materials handed out are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. Passing them on or reproducing them requires written consent.
10 · Liability
Clause 10 of the general terms and conditions
11 · Final provisions
German law applies. Towards consumers, mandatory provisions of the state in which they are habitually resident remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
