What this is about
We work with artificial intelligence — in our own products, in consulting projects and in our qualification programmes. This page sets out the rules we follow when we do. It is a self-commitment, not a legal text.
People decide
AI supports judgement, it does not replace it. In none of our formats does a system decide anything about a person — not about suitability, not about performance, not about development paths. Where a result comes from a model, a responsible person reviews it before it has consequences.
We say where AI is involved
Where content, a result or a recommendation was substantially produced with AI, we label it. Conversely, we do not present anything as human work that is not.
Our clients’ data
We do not put personal data or confidential project content into systems that train on it. Where we use models, we insist on a contractual basis that rules out further use, and on processing within the European Union wherever that is available.
In training and coaching we work with anonymised or invented cases unless those involved have expressly agreed to something else.
We check what comes out
Models get things wrong, and they do it convincingly. Factual statements, figures and sources that come from a model are checked before we use them. We stand behind the statements in our materials, whatever tool they were made with.
Discrimination
Models pass on the biases in their training data. In every application that concerns people we make sure recommendations do not hinge on gender, origin, age or similar characteristics, and we say so when something strikes us.
This website
The on-page assistant “Leada” on this website is not a language model. It shows or hides content according to the role and topics you select yourself. Your behaviour is not analysed and nothing is sent to a model. What is stored on your device is described in the privacy notice
Legal framework
We comply with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (the AI Act) and with the GDPR. We train our staff in the use of AI as required by Art. 4 of the AI Act.
