Frequently asked questions
Can I do the training alongside my job?
Yes. The three in-person weeks are scheduled well in advance; in between you learn flexibly via the platform and gather coaching practice at your own pace.
What happens if I miss an in-person week?
Talk to us early – missed units can usually be made up in the next cohort.
Do I need prior experience?
No. We build the methodological repertoire together; openness to self-reflection is the key prerequisite.
What does the alumni network offer?
Access to over 1,000 graduates: peer exchange, continuing-education impulses and a place in the SYNK community.
Is the training eligible for funding?
Depending on your federal state and status (education voucher, Qualifizierungschancengesetz, educational leave) – we will check your options.
