Establishing a new leadership development programme, the „House of Leadership“ – 120 managers in six months, built on corporate objectives, leadership principles and values.
The situation
Stuttgart Airport set out to reshape its leadership development: a „House of Leadership“ built directly on the company’s objectives, leadership principles and corporate values. The goal was a consistent programme that anchors leadership in everyday practice and supports the company’s strategic direction.
Our approach
The leadership programme starts with a kick-off and guides participants through a Leadership Journey comprising three modules in total. The in-person track is complemented by an individual, virtual leadership dialogue as well as the Leada App for self-directed learning – bringing the content straight into leadership practice.

In terms of content, the Leadership Journey covers the core topics of modern leadership:
- Clarifying roles and expectations as well as effective self-management
- Leadership principles and leadership styles (the 6 I’s of leadership)
- Self-perception as a leader
- Strengths-based leadership and teamwork

- Resilience-oriented leadership
