The situation
In the face of rapidly changing conditions, the Lufthansa Group wants to transform its leadership culture in order to remain successful in the long term. A key lever in this: the contemporary qualification and development of emerging leaders towards a leadership mindset that is consistent across the LH Group.
Our approach
Based on the LHG-specific needs, a hybrid programme was developed in a co-creative process with various stakeholders. The design and worldwide delivery are continuously adapted – a short-notice switch between in-person and online formats is possible at any time.
