2. Service contents of the app Leada
The app Leada supports managers in their everyday work. Leada provides impulses, tips and reflections. This enables users to reflect and optimise their performance and health level.
When downloading the app, the latest version of Leada is installed. The use of Leada requires a regular internet connection.
Leada reserves the right to change the app at any time in a way that is reasonable for the user.
3. Offers with costs
Leada is free in the basic version.
The Leada AG offers users – especially companies – several weeks of impulse programs for purchase. In this case, Leada AG provides the respective companies with access codes for their employees. Using these access codes, employees can access the individually booked programmes. Optionally, companies can book additional services, such as monthly evaluations or individualised content and layouts.
Once a company programme has expired, users can continue to use the free basic version of the app.
4. Right of withdrawal
For consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
5. Liability limitation
LEADA AG develops the content of the app according to the current state of knowledge. Leada AG assumes no liability for advice given and the use of the knowledge acquired.
The App Leada and all its contents are subject to copyright. They are only intended for the use of the user/client. Leada AG is the holder of rights with regard to all other contents of App.
7. Place of Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the contract and its execution. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as permissible, and the place of performance are at our registered office in Frankfurt.
8. Final clauses
Should a provision within the framework of other agreements be or become invalid, the validity of all other provisions or agreements shall not be affected.
