Vorausschauendes Handeln war der Grund für unsere Initiative. Es ging darum, unsere Organisation mit ca. 650 Mitarbeitern und rund 90 Führungskräften weiter zu entwickeln und dadurch unsere Zukunftsfähigkeit langfristig sicherzustellen. Für mich war von Anfang an klar, dass dies nur über unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter - als wichtigster Erfolgsfaktor - zu realisieren ist. „Wissen wie der andere tickt“, um damit besser im Sinne des Unternehmens umgehen zu können.
